We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, genuine, and always were pretty good too make sure we were happy. The facilities were great, with a beautiful main pool that we loved. The hotel's location was also perfect, with shopping centers and bazaars just a few steps away. We enjoyed the variety and high quality of the food at the open buffet, which changed daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our room was spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

The pool and beach had plenty of sunbeds, so there was never a free-for-all. The food was fantastic, especially the a la carte restaurants. The staff were attentive, and the rooms and grounds were kept super clean. The only small criticisms would be the evening entertainment, which could be improved, and the cocktail menu. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel offered a heated outdoor pool, a great addition for a city break. The food in the buffet restaurant was varied and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and provided good service.

The room I initially received had a poor view and I had to pay extra to upgrade. The hotel charged for the use of tennis rackets.

This venue offers luxurious amenities, such as a Spa & wellness centre, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool. the service is excellent, and my needs were fulfilled by the helpful and kind staff. Entertainment such as live shows and karaoke was of high quality and added an extra level of enjoyment to my stay. the restaurant and culinary supply were fantastic, with delicious breakfast and dinner options.

The only issue I experienced was that the outdoor nightclubs in the neighboring hotels were far too loud and disturbing during the night, making it hard to fully relax. Despite this minor problem, this venue is still a highly recommended choice for anyone who desires a high-end stay in an incredible location boasting spectacular views and exclusive private facilities.

The location of the hotel by the beach bar is quite convenient, but it can be a challenge for people with walking difficulties. , the whole area is in need of a revamp. However, the hotel itself offers excellent facilities such as a swim-up room and watersports on the beach. The staff at the hotel are friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The buffet restaurant also offers a variety of delicious food options.

The evening entertainment could use some improvement, as the dance shows can become repetitive after a while.
